Circus is a serious place to play. Through playful practice, we find flow and connect with the inner child.
Circus requires patience and repetition. We learn by making mistakes, discovering how to work with failure and getting back up to try again. Self-esteem and self acceptance grow as we use perseverance to achieve our goals.
Everyone in circus can move and learn at their own pace, as part of a welcoming and supportive community. Training circus benefits us physically through body awareness, co-ordination, strength and stamina.
