Adult Hulahoop Classes

All classes are term time only and take place on a weekly basis unless stated otherwise.

My hulahoop classes combine hoop dance with cardio and conditioning exercises that build strength and improve cardio fitness. You’ll learn how to spin a hoop on different body parts and beginner friendly tricks (fancy skills) such as creating illusions, rolls, throws & jumps. For those of you with more experience, I also prepare more advanced variations of the moves.

13:30 on Wednesdays at the University of the West of England’s Frenchay campus and 17:15 on Mondays on UWE’s Bower Ashton campus. These are free for UWE students and £7 for the general public.
